Nikko Edo Village is a theme park that reproduces the customs, culture, and society of Japan's Edo Period of 1603 to 1867.
Nikko Edo Village is unique--its exhibition halls show many historic figures.

NYANMAGE
Nyanmage is the symbolic cat character of Nikko Edo Village. He sports a 'chonmage' hairstyle and is believed to be a descendent of Maneki-neko, the cat of good fortune.
